High-potential directors, managers and individual contributors preparing for broader leadership roles. Each cohort is built for one company and includes up to 25 participants, who work in challenge teams of 2 to 5. How much time does it take? Participants spend about 3.5 to 4 hours per segment, mostly on real work; months 5 to 8 ask a little more as teams build. Direct managers spend 15 to 30 minutes a month inside an existing 1:1, and executives join at a few key moments. Is the program virtual or in person? Cohort Labs and coaching are virtual. Core and Plus include virtual Investment Day and a separate virtual Recognition event a few weeks later. Premier includes an in-person Executive Presence Intensive\* and combined in-person Investment Day and Recognition\*, followed by a virtual Executive Impact Review a few weeks later. \*Green Peak in-person facilitation is included. Travel, lodging, participant travel, venue, meals, food and beverage, gifts, additional requested materials, audiovisual or production and other third-party expenses are additional as applicable. How are the business challenges chosen? We work with your executives in a Design + Discover session to explore your priorities, identify 1 to 3 business challenges and agree on the key performance indicators that will define success. Your executives make the final selection, and Green Peak customizes the program around those decisions. You don’t need a fully defined challenge to start. Bring a priority, recurring problem or opportunity to your initial 30-minute meeting with Green Peak, and we’ll explore whether it could be a fit for the Academy. How is Green Peak Academy priced?
