He brings hands-on experience leading national operations, training teams and working through transformation and turnarounds. He builds leaders as deliberately as he builds systems, coaching managers, clarifying accountability and organizing field teams and dispatch. His work connects day-to-day execution with the strategic priorities of the business. Her experience spans national service operations, private-equity-backed businesses, insurance, healthcare, contact centers, vendor management, shared services and multi-unit retail. She specializes in building from a blank page, and turning business goals into practical tools, processes and operating designs. Her work spans enterprise, operational, digital and customer journey transformation.
